I had to visit the store to pay my final bill today. Was helped by Karina who not only did what I needed, but went above and beyond with customer service. It was such a small task however I will return to this location specifically because of how I was treated should I ever decide to become a customer once again. Thank you, T-Mobile team! (It seemed as though they were possibly short staffed, but this is why I appreciate the great attitude)

I was dealing with a very complex issue with my business account and this store took my side and helped me in every way possible. Elaine your manager is incredible and she deserves something from the company for saving me as a business customer with T-Mobile. Yauheni was a big part in helping as well and I cannot thank you guys enough for your outstanding customer service and attention to detail. You guys rock!

Great Location! Surrounded by more commerce and eaterys then you can shake a dollar bill at! The Manager here took her own time to drive to another store for some hardware I needed. Above and Beyond!
