2.3 mbps PEAK speed for the 5g "ultra capacity" service I switched to a few weeks ago, when its not dropping entirely. Don't believe a word they tell you about service quality. Lies, lies, and more lies. They'll say anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. They sold me what is effectively dial-up; now all they'll say is its a "national issue" and theres nothing they can do.

No only T-Mobile prepaid cards or post paid accounts
It all depends on whats wrong with your phone. Now some t-mobile stores do repairs. That i do know. But i dont live in San Diego California... Anymore. I live in up state washington. Now. You would have to call customer service to ask them.
