I ordered two S22 Plus phones at the store since what I wanted was not in stock. Within days I received email confirmations the items were shipped and then delivered. I went to the store and was told one was delivered and one was lost or damaged in shipping. They setup and gave me the one and said they would reorder the other. The next day, a Saturday, the new phone completely stopped working. After 3 days working with AT&T customer service, I was told my phone was reported as stolen. Turns out the store issued me the right phone with the wrong number assigned and then reported the wrong phone stolen. In the end both phones were replace and one week of my free time was wasted 🙃
