The two gentlemen at this location (Bi-Rite Liquor Store) were very kind. I dropped off and picked up my bags without any issue. Although the website says that all Bounce locations have a locked room, the bags were stored behind the counter. This wasn’t a problem for me, but just FYI.

Great experience! However there were 2 main issues with my experience. 1) Make sure you screenshot the transaction receipt from your bank or cc, because the email does not display any information that shows I paid. That was the issue the storage location was having with my situation. I used cashapp. 2) Make sure you get the updated gate code. You will receive the information via email once your reserve but that location is known to change there gate code quite often. After 5 mins of waiting some of the staff seen me outside and let me in but on my return visit to pickup my bag I had to wait almost 20 mins for some one to let me in. Also the doorbell on the gate doesn't work :( Other then that I overall had a great experience with a friendly staff!
