We ordered a wood dresser and 2 nightstands. It took about 6 months to get them but it was totally worth the wait! The quality on these pieces is above and beyond what you would expect. The customer service here is excellent. The delivery was terrific! They were on time, courteous and took great care with the furniture and my home. Jose and Ricardo were the best! Love my furniture- will definitely be back for more!

The in-store service is top-top level. Helpful to guide us in a purchase decision and so kind and respectful. Just the way a customer would want to be treated. Then, the delivery was absolutely perfect. The delivery people were super friendly, took great care that everything was just how we wanted it. And they came right at the promised delivery time. We randomly stopped into the furniture store while visiting my husband’s family. The store manager was extremely helpful and kind. We were able to find exactly what we needed and they were also able to deliver to my house in Rockford. We were told 4-5 months and our dining table and bed arrived in 3 months! When they called to tell us our furniture arrived they were able to deliver it to us the next day (an hour away from their store). Our delivery guys arrived exactly at the time they said they would. The two guys were very polite and efficient. No complaints even though our bed was a more difficult install. Wish all delivery guys were this good! Very impressed with all aspects of this transaction. Thank you for your service!
