Dr. Dryzmalski is excellent, but her staff is not. I left this practice many years ago because of support staff and returned thinking the staff would be new. I used the portal and phone messages, which are picked up by nurses. The messages were ALL communicated to the doctor incorrectly, which resulted in multiple problems. The third time this happened, I confronted the nurse, and rather apologize, she sent out a predesigned notice to all patients to be NICE! Rather than take any responsibility for her errors. Defensive and inaccurate support staff can cause more problems than you can believe!

My experience here has worsened my distrust for healthcare providers. I have social anxiety. It never fails that the staff cause more insult to injury. Most of the staff is stiff and vary in degrees of unpleasant to talk to. They’re also bad at communicating in a way that include me as the patient. Earlier they went over my head and made a call to another facility. The other facility was upset with me because I had no idea what was happening. I thought this was particularly disrespectful but I was going to let it go. But the other day made me re-think my decision. So I had a follow up with Candice, and this woman had me wait more than 20 minutes, which was expected, but then she made me feel my whole time there was wasted by basically saying something like why are we here? She scheduled the follow up. I felt absolutely dumbfounded. Then she proceeded to cause me more emotional damage by minimizing my mental health problems with an audacious display of empty platitudes. The typical sorry you feel that way sort of attitude. This ruined my whole day. So if I feel like getting walked on this is the place I go to. This place is basically disrespect simulator healthcare edition plus a free aneurysm.

I have been a patient here for a long time and am very happy with my care. The staff are great and service is always personal. The providers really care for their patients. Care coordination from here is great and they have good relationships with specialist in all fields. Highly recommend!
