I called to make an appointment for my son. The appointments are made through an automated system I wasn’t able to talk to a person. My appointment was yesterday at 2 PM. I showed up with my son and I was told that my sons appointment had to be canceled, upon my arrival. I was told it had to be canceled because someone already had an appointment the same day at the same time and their appointment was made in June. I was very frustrated. Our appointment should’ve been honored is not our fault that the appointments were overbooked.

Worse experience ever,didnt get any call or text to confirm my appoitment, when i reached they said they gave my place to somone else.Poor customer service. Never going back there

Very disappointed. Making an appointment is all using an automated system, can't get a real person on the phone. So I did it their way, used the system, made an appointment, confirmed appointment. I waited a month for my appointment, and when I arrived I was told my appointment was cancelled because I didn't confirm it! I had confirmed it and I even showed them the text message I received the same morning, confirming that they'll see me later that day! Such a waste of time. If they can't get appointments right, what kind of damage would they have done to my glasses or my eyes?? I won't reschedule, I'll find another doctor, Thank you!

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to a lovely lady there by the name of Nancy. She was absolutely wonderful! Helped me pick out two perfect frames, gave me her honest feedback on which would look better with the shape of my face and had exceptional customer service skills. She was So polite, kind, and fixed a minor mistake I was not happy with. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go see her. You would not be disappointed!
