My mom is in hospice and had fallen and needed Staples in the back of her head. Initial pm visit good. Had to have her transported back home after ER visit in am and they did not change her depends, and did not change her wound dressing and left a needle in her arm.Morning nurse clearly stressed. Horrible outcome. wound on her arm from the fall, and left a needle in her arm. P.m. people were great and morning was clearly stressed.

Dr. Joseph Raviv is affiliated with this location, and please stay away from him. He botched my nasal surgery and destroyed my ability to breathe properly out of my nose. This has subsequently destroyed my ability to sleep properly and live a normal life. You can google search his name, and learn about my horrible experience with him.

My mom went to the ER for chest pain at 6:30pm. It is now 12:40AM and she is STILL in the waiting room. No bloodwork, xr. Nothing. Unacceptable.

Glenbrook does not have a maternity ward. Speaking from experience.
Jesse Peterson Hall You could probably send them a letter using the main hospital address. They should route it to his office. Make sure it does not look like a business letter (could be intercepted). Personal looking is best - aka - hand written, etc. Here is his executive bio: https://www.northshore.org/about-us/organizational-profile/executive-bios/#Peterson
Ummm ok sorry u went thru that
Radiology, go through the pfingsten entrance
Yes, it’s available.
Enter through either main entrance, (pfingsten or landwehr entrance) then ask for room 130 or say mammogram, you will go towards elevator E but its on the first floor of the 2050 building
Yes
I would contact the Hospital's head of Orthopedic's and or the AMA.
Contact the American Medical Association, Illinois Department of Licensing and Regulation, Illinois Society of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Medic@l Director of the hospital.
It's also called north shore hospital In Glenview
Go to Northshore.org and search for a Podiatrist near you. I don't believe any have a full office at the hospital, however they can use the hospital facilities as needed for surgery, imaging, etc.
Hi Helen, sorry to hear of your brother, assure you he is in very capable hands at Glenbrook Hospital. You can take the Chicago Blue line Train from O'Hare which is the end of the line, just a few stops to Jefferson Park Station. From there, transfer onto the Bus 270 that starts there and ends literally at the front door of the hospital. It will take about 1.5 hours, cost about $3. Or, an Uber from O'Hare will be $20 - 25 and take 30 minutes, a taxi about $35 - 40. The train is frequent, bus just once per hour between 6 am ish and 6 pm ish. Go to Pace.com for full schedule. There is a cluster of hotels on Lake Street and Milwaukee Ave about a mile away, ranging from Motel 6 to Marriott. Go to Glenbrook Hospital on Google maps, then search for hotels. That same bus 270 goes by these hotels, so you can go between the two using the bus. All my best to your brother for his speedy recovery.
