The groomer has groomed my dog a few times in the past but today all of the health risks I informed them of were unobserved. Today the groomer was unprofessional and disrespectful. The groomer was unaware that I walked into her store and I observed that my dog was collared, knowing that she has a collapsed trachea, on top of the table unattended and that went on for about five minutes. So because I took a picture of my dog, the groomer began hollering at me and disrespecting me. She stopped grooming my dog after I explained why I took the photo. The prior grooming appointment my dog was caged until I arrived even after she was advised about my dogs anxiety when caged. I was promised that she would not be caged but again unobserved by the groomer. (October 14,2017)
