I was there to set up the 55+ plan with my Vet friend adding 1 new line and phone, changing carriers and numbers from another company to T-mobile so we were there over 2 hours. You MUST wear a mask to enter. They disinfect both sides of the counter and the drawers they opened and the sample phones that customers pick up, the phones that the salesperson used, the keypad and screen you sign the contract on. I watched this meticulously play out several times and noticed a security guard that foot patrol circles the complex. Only me and my friend were allowed to be closer to each other while everyone else kept a distance. We had to return the next day to pickup a special order and they'd locked the front door, entry was they the rear and many people were put on the list to return later because they were only allowing x amount of people in at a time. Sorry for the extra details but the bottom line is that I felt Covid safe inside and stupid person safe outside.
