I really avoid dentist but I had several tooth pain so I needed a dentist to take a look. I made an appointment as a new customer. My appointment date was later this week but my tooth was getting worse. I called to check availability for an appointment sooner and they checked and called me back that day! Everyone was so nice and professional from the patient service representative Brittany, Office Manager Kandie, Dental Assistant Kosh, Hygienists Staci and Dentist Dr. Guillory I am so happy I chose Aspen Dental here in Lake Charles La on Nelson Rd. They are the BEST and made me feel like FAMILY!!!

5/21/22. Wonderful staff here!🙌 I went in this morning for emergency visit with excruciating wisdom pain. Everyone was very sweet, comforting, and compassionate which is definitely something that helps people who are very nervous like me feel more comfortable. Thank You Aspen Dental! 5/22/22. Back today for a next day review. I've never had a tooth pulled with very little pain the next day, especially for a wisdom tooth. Great work, I feel soo much better today!🙌

My first time visiting Aspen Dental was such a great experience! I was extremely nervous going in, because I'm a new patient and didn't know what to expect. It had also been a VERY long time since my last visit to the dentist, so that only added on to my already existing anxiety. Everyone there (from the front desk to the x-ray tech to the dental hygienist AND the dentist) was so Amazing! They all made me feel comfortable and at ease. Just a wonderful staff all around. Very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental [Lake Charles] to all my friends and family!
