Love this vet's office. I am a first time pet owner and the staff here are wonderful. So helpful, polite and friendly. Dr. Rosen and Dr. Gooden are so knowledgeable and always treat my Tucker with care. Jen is always willing to give some good advice on how to care for my dog and I truly appreciate everyone in the office. Doggie Day Camp is amazing too! Tucker has made so many doggie friends and it truly has helped him in social situations. I can't say thank you enough for all the care and love they have given to us over the past year!

I had brought my Juliet here for an emergency visit. Dr. Rosen was through and through very much so caring and compassionate for my baby. I called for an emergency visit and was able to get in expeditiously, which brought me a piece of mind with my concern. I highly recommend this hospital for your Vet needs. Price was fairly ok. Staff was just amazing from the check in staff to the check out staff and the ones that took her to the back for testing. This is what a Vets office/staff/care should look like.

Very professional staff. Groomer “Sha” was OUTSTANDING!!!! My senior dog (16.5 yrs) Nemo, was treated so lovingly and groomed beautifully and my teacup Maltese Snowy received the BEST grooming haircut style ever!!! Thank you Sha for an amazing job with my precious little pals! Definitely recommend highly to all!!

Lola loves this place as far as puppy daycare. She hasn’t been in a while because of Covid. Dr Rosen and his team are great. I brought Lola in a bit ago as she wasn’t feeling well. Dr. Rosen is just excellent, attentive and very knowledgeable. Dr Rosen anticipated what I would ask before I did (because I was nervous for the puppy) and explained everything to me. He made me feel very comfortable in addition to his patience examining fussy Lola. He also called to check on Lola. Lola is our first dog and in great care with Dr Rosen and his team - Mindy, Valerie, Alex (and everyone else Lola hasn’t met yet) :-) This is the kind of Dr you want your pet to have.

Yes !! Just not as many Drs. and the appointments are scarce for those days.. well at least the walk in are.
Exactly what happens when you call? You get a human being? You actually speak to someone? You are supposed to get an actual call back by your vet when lab work is done. They go over it with you on the phone. Next time (Benny is right) call at 8 AM. They told me to do that to book an appointment to be seen asap., possibly that same day, because people call in to cancel. At the same time, phones are less busy. I would complain that you aren't getting a follow up call back on the lab work. Then, tell them it's urgent because your dog has other serioushealth issues. Ask them to send, by email, the lab work results to you. The abnormal results are highlighted. Say you are very disappointed no call back. The hospital is good but they are too busy at the front desk. Early in the day calls help a lot and saying you are not getting the attention you need is important. I would, of course, if it's truly urgent and can't wait, go to a walk in ER in a specialty or emergency hospital.
This is not north shore animal league and they are not affiliated in any way. This is North Shore animal hospital. That being said their rates are reasonable for absolutely top tier animal medical care. They will always discuss their findings, recommendations for going forward and ofcourse cost. Depending on your pets situation the price and your financial capabilities they try to work out an equitable solution to give your animal the best care possible. Give them a call it can't hurt. North Shore animal league is a wonderful shelter but I have never heard of them being especially cheap or assisting when it comes to veterinary medicine. I don't fault them as I said I have never heard of them doing that, they may again a phone call is free. And please let us know how your animal fares. I may not know the species but I know how a loss can hurt. Ps I'm also on a type of disability leave.
I have found them to be fairly reasonable. I agree with the previous comment. No way to know except to call. They may even be able to refer you to a more appropriate provider.
Its best to call and get the best updated information
Probably
God Bless for helping those in need. ALL LIVES MATTER! 😁
No, there is no Korean doctor
I'd call them.
I would suggest calling the office number during business hours
You can call or email them and they will give you the information, I'm not sure what the cost is now.
