I came here to get my car inspected because I kept hearing a noise when driving my car. After my car was looked at I was told there was something loose behind my tires but it was tighten. About a week later the same noise came upon again. Well, I called and told them and I was told I would need to call the dealership or a paint and body shop because they weren’t suppose to tighten the screws up anyways. So I asked, what exactly is the name of what’s loose. They couldn’t tell me… until I went down to the store to speak with someone face to face. I spoke with Joe and he wrote it down for me but it seem like he didn’t want to be bothered. I didn’t get the best customer service from him. My thing is why would you fix something you claim you weren’t suppose to do at all? Called the Nissan dealership and come to find out it wasn’t what Joe said that needed to be fixed. Yeah, this location needs people that know what they’re doing and better customer service.
