I'm a regular patient at this facility. There is a high level of professionalism from the staff from the nurses down to the receptionist. The appointments with the Dr. Are very informative concerning all aspects of your health whether it be physical, mental or spiritual. The counseling sessions are not long however they provide you with individual steps that YOU need for YOUR recovery because WE ALL RECOVER DIFFERENT, and this clinic realizes that.

Long wait times but 2 times I have made it to there 5 min before they supposed to close and they are closed already. They don't know what it's like to be on it so they do care if u get it. And one day they are yelling at u to stand 6 feet apart the next day they put over 70 people in the building so they could locked the door when it was time to close. Risk lives over making sure they don't dose one person who is a sec late. It uses to be a great place but has fell off

Never enough nurses at the dosing area. Be prepared to stand in line 30 min to a hour every day

Methadone is for long term treatment. It's last resort if you can't stop on your own. Methadone is 10x harder to get off. If you absolutely cant stop on your own Methadone can be very beneficial but in essence you're switching one for another. But really for your question there is no "normal". Everybody's different from their degree of addiction, how it effects their brain, willpower, ect... I'm not a doctor btw. I've battled with addiction for 15+ yrs.
You have to call and make a appointment they do intakes on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday I believe... you have to be fully dependent on opioids and ready to take the first step into being clean and into recovery. A picture I'd I think is required but I'm not 100% sure. Hope this helped you. I believe the information is correct. Of not someone please let me know.
