When I first moved to the community, I had no problems or issues, however as time progressed problems seemed to arise continuously. Maintenance would not come in a prompt manner. I had to call the office to follow up to make sure they received my request, however the last time I called about replacing the kitchen light in the ceiling, I was told they were busy and short staffed. Two days passed and my lighting had not been replaced. I was told that they no longer replaced light bulbs as there was a "shortage" and I would have to go get my own from Lowes or Home Depot. Lastly the move out process is a nightmare. They make sure they don't give you your security deposit back as when I called they wanted to charge for my kitchen drip pans being dirty, however it is hard to keep them cleaned when the paint is peeling off, to which they were in TERRIBLE condition when I moved in. Overall, the community has gone downhill terribly. Everytime I called the office a new secretary would answer the phone and communication is terrible. They don't cut the weeds in the area at all and its not safe for pets with overgrown bushes. The gate stays broken and the package system is a nightmare. You have to search through hundreds of packages to find yours as they don't use the Luxer system correctly and most of the time unless you order the package, you have no idea you have one. Overall, I DO NOT recommend this apartment to anyone at all.
