HORRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! REMINDS YOU OF THE PJS. POOR MANAGEMENT ROACH INFESTED AND POOR LIVING CONDITIONS. CARPETS NEED TO BE REMOVED COMPLETELY WHO DOES CARPET ANYMORE. DEFINITELY NEEDS UPDATING. THERE WAS A LEAK IN ONE UNIT AND THE WHOLE CLOSET GOT BLACK MOLD AND MILDEW MAINTENANCE ALWAYS NEVER FINISH THERE JOBS AND EVERYTHING IS PATCHWORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE THIS PLACE IS WAY OVERDUE FOR PROPER RENOVATIONS SOMEONE NEEDS TO HAVE A HEALTH AND SAFETY INSPECTOR REVIEW EACH BUILDING INDIVIDUALLY SAD THING ABOUT IT IM NOT EVEN A RESIDENT IVE BEEN INSIDE A FEW

These are great low cost apartments in a good area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."
