The move in process was very easy going. Amanda was very helpful! What ever issues that I had with my unit the office sent someone to resolve it within a timely manner. Literally the same day. The Complex is very clean & quiet.

The Helios is a great communication the staff amazing and Brandy is so helpful and the maintenance guys are really helpful they answer our request immediately.. People would love to stay here

The Maintance is always here when I need them . The new management is really going above and beyond for the complex . Melvin is a hardworker and gets what needs to be done . I have been here for 2 years and haven’t had too many issues .

I. Would not recommend this place unless u wanna be around Petty people or live with. People by ya door I suggest if u move out here be sure u have an alarm depends on if u getting the one with the washer and dryer connection it's 520 for the two bedroom and 1 bathroom
Yes, all windows open and close in every unit.
We love pets! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment-dogs/cats. The fees are $300-600 and the fees are non-refundable. We do charge a $15 per month pet rent for each pet. We also have some breed restrictions. We'd love to see a photo of your furry friend before you move in! Fish are welcome too but we do limit the size of the tank to 10 gallons.
No, you aren't required to have renter's insurance but we HIGHLY recommend having it. You should always have your personal property insured in case of an emergency.

I have met college graduates, ppl with multiple degrees and have good credit score and still ignorant ASF!!..
