My initial review was left based off my visits while knowing someone living here. I am actually looking at living here now and our experience has only gotten better! I have not been successful in reaching anyone by phone so while I'm out of town I decided to have my wife go by as our need to move is becoming urgent. She was quickly greeted by someone named Alan who was beyond kind and helpful. He explained that the office is closed but he would do his best to help and he did not disappoint! He was able to show a unit, provide a list of things available that matched what we are looking for, and direct her on exactly what to do to apply for the unit. Alan, for someone stepping outside of your expertise we want you to know you nailed it! Thank you so much and we look forward to living on your property.

My wife and I lived at highborne for two years and recently moved out about a week ago. We miss it dearly! Loved the units - they were built recently, feel really new, and are easy to take care of. Great backyards, big closets, and awesome kitchens. The location is quiet which was really nice for me as a student and when I worked from home. Maintenance and management were always attentive and responsive to any needs and requests we had. They really went above and beyond to treat us like people instead of just tenants or customers. Always really really nice qualities to see in management. Would highly recommend to anyone moving to the Augusta area!
