I can't say enough good things about Fireside. I've bought little things from them over the years and recently purchased two grills, grill liner, outdoor fridge and doors/drawers in connection with a new patio. They were awesome throughout the process, from the design to selection to installation. They are extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional and honest and I never felt pressured. I felt like every person I talked to was like talking to an owner. Two of the items arrived from the manufacturer damaged but Fireside caught the issues and ordered replacements on their own. And I've never had an installer as good as Fireside's is. I would recommend Fireside without any hesitation.

Poor customer service! Purchased outdoor kitchen November 2020. Installed April 2021. Has never worked correctly. Made numerous calls for service. Finally came out June 18, 2021 and ordered parts for repair. September 30, 2021 I called to follow up. Hogan said he spoke with my husband, not true. Manager was to call me back. Manager never called. November 1, 2021 Called to follow up. Hogan informed me parts were on order and I did not need to call him back he would call me when parts come in. March 12, 2022 Called to follow up. Hogan stated the guy handling my account was no longer there and that he would be taking care of me. I informed Hogan I had been speaking with him from the beginning and he was the one handling my account all along. Scheduled appt for March 21st to repair. March 24, 2022 came out for repair with wrong part. August 24 called to follow up. Left message. The following week Hogan did not call me back but called my husband and said part was ordered they would be out the following week to repair. Today, September 8, 2022, I spoke with who I believe is the owner, not Hogan, no repairs are scheduled for me. Will call me back. Customer service is not a priority for them. Hindsight is 20/20. Really wish I would have spent this $6,800 elsewhere. Anywhere but here. UPDATE: Sep-12-2022 The owner, Greig McCully, came this morning and made the needed repairs. No parts ever needed to be ordered. I have upgraded my rating from one star to two stars because I do think had Mr. McCully been aware of our problem and the length of time it had been he would have taken care of this sooner. My advice, if you do business with them, deal only with the owner, Greig McCully.
