Bluff is an awesome place for your addiction recovery. The staff is wonderful and many are recovering addicts, so they get it. You will not be sorry for trusting the treatment and staff. I was at the Bluff from September 7 through October 26 and it was life transforming.

Intake rep was located in Pennsylvania, no where near the facility. When asked if could talk to someone at the facility was laughed at and mocked by the intake rep and was told "I guess you didn't want to go to treatment did you".

Admissions staff has never been to Bluff Plantation. I have insurance that covers the entire stay. But I was never allowed to speak to anyone from the treatment center. Asking to speak to a human at the center elicited laughter.

In a time of great need The Bluff was a total life saver and changer. The staff was not only extremely helpful and compassionate they honestly cared. The food was amazing, the program was thorough and balanced. I am very grateful that I had this experience and have made some life long connections as well as had some wonderful experiences that I will never forget. Thank you Bluff for everything you gave me.
