This place is Great but as far as a " Gated- Community" I can't say it is so much bc the gates STAY broken alot and that to me isnot a gated community just bc you have gates at the entrance.

Our one bedroom apartment homes are $651/month. Our two bedroom apartment homes are $778/month. The rent does not change based on income, however, there is a required income minimum and maximum to qualify for the program.
