Horrible place lived here for a year and still have no parking spot although I was told I was at the top of the list. Ha Very poor management, high crime, dirty halls and evaluators. Recently raised the rent to max allowed. No amenities . Bad area of town. Had my car broken into twice No help from management. Don't rent here ever !!!!

I am only giving this place 5 stars because of one of their employee's. There is nothing good to say otherwise. My mom has lived here for a year now. Isidro Gutierrez is an employee with a strong work ethic and everyone at the complex has had wonderful experiences with him. He is attentive, effective and always ready to help. His continued smile and heart for others knows no bounds. If you happen to move here you will be lucky to experience meeting Isidro and he will make your day!

Lupe Ruiz is phenomenal at her job. (she is the best manager) All of my parents concerns were met with straightforward answers and our paperwork was explained flawlessly. She really made the entire process pain free and very reassuring, it took less than 5 days to get my parents approved and moved into there brand new home. My wife and I are very happy and appreciative to have my parents entire metro east apartments community.

Lupe Ruiz is such a sweetheart. It’s such a peace of mind to move our elderly into a place where the manager enjoys her job and is so attentive. Lupe went sooooo out of her way to meet me on Saturday so I can submit my applications. God bless her and her family for all she does. I witnessed her treat the residents so kindly and I’ve not seen that in other senior buildings.
