This city gives parking tickets when the block doesn't even have a "No Parking " sign. I appealed a ticket and there was a declined response, but no explanation.... I sent photo and video proof as well. Idiots, but no surprise there, lol

My neighbors house got broken into and IPD was called almost immediately upon the suspects arrival. My neighbor and I live about 3min from the Santa Ana Police Department. It’s been about 2 and 1/2 hours since. IPD was canceled later on and advised they had already broken into a few houses and she’s out from the neighborhood. Dispatcher stated “ok we will go ahead and cancel”. They Didn’t follow up with the break in that occurred nothing…. Guess we people will just have to take it upon our own hands to protect our loved ones…

Went to my friends apartment to spend the night so we can leave early for our work interview and i couldn't sleep due to some music playing out of a police vehicle . So it was very uncomfortable knowing our tax dollar pay them to serve and protect not to be unprofessional

No I don't agree with your rotten attitude. If you earned the ticket then take responsibility. Be respectful to the officer. Give your insurance, registration and CDL. Oh no I see now you got caught by PD n now your emotional. You caused the stupidity debt. Not the guy whose doing his job.
Whose going to pay for the alternative? Blame your local Council member who doesn't care about this except his exorbant salary. Maybe the Council member wants citizens to stop driving and rely on public transportation. Be happy they have not created all Santa Ana people to buy parking permits and first come first serve basis for finding a spot.
Restraining order Get witness statements of stalker for this seems like they are doing this. Me? If that happened to me? I would do rs and not get scared. Screw them. Have courage stay within the law get legal advice of what physical actions u can take should that person cross the line. Be situation aware and have the courage to protect your persons it is your right.

Go to the police station tell them you want to fill out a missing persons report. If it hasnt been 24 hours since the person has been missing they will make you wait 24 hours from when the person disappeared. If its a child you ahouldnt have to wait 24 hours.
You need to write to the police (s) where you got the tickets or any reports on you. You have to request anything from the city that the reports were taken. I work at the Santa Ana PD.
The police station doesnt open weekends, opens monday around 8

You have the right to peaceable enjoyment. That's the law. There is also a noise ordinance that states no work, or excessive, or loud sounds or noises before 7am and after 7pm. Your neighbor is breaking the law. Or you could try the opposite approach, try writing them a letter explaining your circumstances, and ask for them to please comply with your wishes.
