I've been holding back getting my real ID because I thought getting my birth certificate would be a hassle. Super quick and painless, took about 15 minutes. The office is in park tower right by the entryway. Park outside with the meter, as the underground parking lots elevator doesn't have a ground button for some reason

I went to the old location and noticed they had moved. Finding the entrance to the parking lot is a bit confusing as it’s hidden. Many streets around are being fixed which makes the Main Street super busy. They are located on floor G. I got there at 8:20 and within 5 minutes I walked out with the birth certificate. Super easy and great service, my only issue was finding the entrance.

The lady in charge is freaking amazing! I was just there to get my kids Birth Cert, since his mom refused to give it to him. I have recently moved back from Texas and lost all my documents during a burglary at my hotel. I was able to obtain it once i confirmed my identity and they helped my kid start his life on a good path with a job!! I appreciate you being so flexible and diligent while still providing us a solution!

The entrance is at ground level from Santa Ana BLVD. If you park in the garage it’s tough to find use the “G” button. The office is is directly next to the entrance of the building and says OC Health Care Agency and not “office of vital records” Very easy to get what you need here and the staff are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately for me I had to make two visits with a short period of time but both without a worry! Thank you Staff! And thank you for working through this tough time

2 weeks after birth it will be available at the vital office. Then you go during opening hours and pay 32 dollars fee depending how many copies you need. I hope I helped
