You have the right to peaceable enjoyment. That's the law. There is also a noise ordinance that states no work, or excessive, or loud sounds or noises before 7am and after 7pm. Your neighbor is breaking the law. Or you could try the opposite approach, try writing them a letter explaining your circumstances, and ask for them to please comply with your wishes.

My neighbor is always playing music from 6pm till 10pm it bother my daughter because she goes to sleep at 7pm an they still playing music I toll the manager but there is no result how to get them to stop the music I call there door and they never answer.
