I have had nothing but great experiences with this property and the management company. The staff is very responsive, respectful, and kind. The maintenance team responds extremely fast (they have always come within one day for me) and they are friendly and professional. I am very happy with the apartment, and the facilities (dog park, pool, gym). Under new management they have installed an all-inclusive app-based system that allows you to enter the property and access all areas including a package storage area through your phone - it's incredibly convenient. Another plus of this property is all of the green space; there is a lot of grassy areas around each building and lots of spaces to walk my dogs as well as a lot of trees which make the complex a nice, pretty place to live.

We truly enjoy the community at Jasper. The new management has done an incredible job at not only reviving the place but now with continued upkeep. They keep the grass neat and trimmed, spray consistently to keep pests away, keep the property clean and enforce their policies to help keep a nice environment for everyone. The amenities are excellent and the management team is so sweet! They address any concerns immediately and do extras for their residents regularly such as ice cream parties, Chick-fil-A breakfast, Dunkin‘ coffee, they truly care about their residents. There is a playground, tons of yards space, a pool, gym, wonderful. The apartments are very spacious. We live in an ”older“ unit but it has very updated appliances, new carpet, and ceiling fans in each room. Our friends moved into these apartments on our suggestion as well. They live in a newer unit so it is all hardwood floors and they have enjoyed it so far. The gate is up and working which is an amazing feature we appreciate. All that would make it better is some shade at the pool haha. Highly recommend!

First impressions mean SO much! When I first called the office I was shocked and pleased by the kind professionalism I received. Scheduling for my tour was easy. I was so relieved when I drove onto the premises, the grounds are beautiful, clean and well kept. This was very nice to see on a Saturday afternoon. My leasing agent Raquel was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. I honestly was so impressed not just by the grounds and the apartment but by the excellent customer care I received, I applied for an apartment the next day. Every person I spoke with in the office through the lease process was kind, understanding and made an incredibly stressful time for me a pleasant experience. From beginning to end I felt welcomed and I will always be appreciative of this and highly recommend The Jasper to anyone looking to find excellent customer care and a clean well kept place to live.

Bianca’s I’m having the same problem my apartment was 80 degrees everyday for a month it’s papers alwasy there in your door you can’t go two days with out a paper being in your door it’s so unorganized
You can call them and they will be able tell you about it.
You have to call them a couple times as soon as they open or just go up there. They could be sitting right by the phone and act like they don't even hear it.
