Expensive for 1 BR. parking is horrible . My neighbors are always slamming doors like they’re trying to rip it off it’s hinges all hours of the day and night. Residents have to pay an extra $50 to use the pool. Rent increases but no upgrades.

My fiancé and I were guaranteed a place here, by Cheri. we went to the office with a co signer to sign the final documents, had every dime to move in, then were told no, and were extorted for 150.00 for the applications that were only filled out, not even entered into the computer. We were told that Cheri was no longer with them and she must have been trying to make them look bad. Our credit is good, had a co signer, and more than enough money. They are unprofessional and sub par. We were promised a home, and only left there with 150.00 less than what we have and told no.
