This place is horrible. Its like living in a prison, but worse one with roaches. Roaches everywhere. In my shower, in my pantry, in my car, in my purse. Everywhere. The landlord is disgustingly careless and doesnt at all car about her tenants privacy or rights or happiness. She is horrible and evil.

This landlord is pathetic and I agree it is like prison living over here! She lies and treat everyone like prisoner unless your one of her look out friends who live over here smh boy I tell you this place would be better and peaceful without Terri and her lies the lady is beyond crazy so I don’t recommend anyone living over here in this dump!

Hey, depending on the amount of people that are going to be living in the apartment it can change how much you pay so if there's 3 then it can cost more but if there's 2 then it'll be less and i don't think u can move in the apartment if you're by yourself but i could be wrong. The best thing to do is to call the number listed when you look up the apartments on google maps.
They just remolded the entire place inside and out., And yes there's a lot of rules as with anyplace you are going to rent an apartment. There's a onsite laundry and not enough for 120 units to use it. If you qualify as low income, you can't beat it.. there's no carpet floors so you can actually clean the units, you'll like the utility bill and the water is included in the rental. Fridge is small and no ice maker. You can't get any TV other than cable on the property, they don't allow you to have satellite receivers outside the unit.
You have to fill out an application at the office. CCM may help with your power deposit. Social services may help with the security deposit for the apartment.
