We had no problems paying your $100 application fee. Out of all things my application got rejected wasn't due to any previous evictions, damages, or anything of that nature. It was because I didn't had a credit score of 600+ when yall should've highlighted that as a "minimum" requirement. If you don't have a credit score of 600+ don't apply cause they'll steal your money & deny you despite whatever amount it is. Nobody have a $100 to just throw at yall to say here keep it. Eventually ya'll probably get sued in the future for it not highlighting what is yall "minimum" credit score. Seeing this a legit way for yall strong arm robbing applicants for their money.

I do not recommend it every year they raise the rent they are very strict they do not fix anything they are a bit rasistas if something is damaged if you call them they do not pay attention to one but if they are Americans they fly I do not recommend it
