Bad apartment. NOT energy efficient, electric 3x more than my old 1 bedroom. $60 per month for trash and water! I can hear every neighbor. Office team is very arrogant. Dog waste everywhere

Lived here for 5 years and enjoyed my time. In my building, I rarely heard the neighbors and maintenance answered every request in a timely manner. The front desk was also very helpful and the place had decent amenities including a pool and Peloton. The biggest plus was the location, close to major highways and all shopping.

Our community offers lease terms beginning at 2 months, however we unfortunately do not have furnished apartment homes.
No, unfortunately you cannot opt out, it is a mandatory fee.
No, appliances in the apartment homes cannot be removed.
We offer lease terms from 2-12 months in length.
Utilities are not included. Residents can expect to pay water, sewage, valet trash, pest control, cable & internet monthly.
Yes, visitors may park overnight in uncovered spaces only.
Each home includes 1 assigned covered carport (unless apartment comes with direct access garage) - Additional carports are not available for rent, but we do have garages available for an additional monthly fee. All other parking is uncovered and first come, first serve.
The assigned schools for our community are Davis Elementary, Murchison Middle School, and Anderson High.
