I can’t say this about everyone, but Nathan is an exception. This man knows what he is doing and he is very helpful, and he just has a kind soul. That’s the best time and fun I’ve had trying to get into an apartment. I didn’t have to worry because he had every answer to any question. I’ll be satisfied no matter my outcome on this apt. The place is gorgeous and Nathan only added to its ambience.

My husband and I, just moved to this lovely apartment, 2 weeks ago. Let me tell you about this amazing person, who helped us get this beautiful apartment, that we are enjoying now. Amy the property namager, was so helpful, patience and knowledgeable in guiding us to secured this place asap. At first, she showed us 4 layouts 1 bedroom apartments, so we can see our options. With her help, we were able to get a big 1 bedroom apartment, we’re very happy. Amy is very accommodating and friendly as well. Also her teammates are super helpful and friendly too. We look forward to enjoy the great amenities of this community soon. Thank you so much Amy, you're super awesome. The McCollum’s🥰

You can your own spot. You can get a garage or if you wanna just claim any open spot that works to. Also there is ample visitor parking if you got friends.

Thanks for submitting your question about Marquis at Great Hills! We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes cats and dogs. However, some dog breeds are restricted in addition to exotic pets. A maximum of up to two pets are allowed per residence. A non-refundable $300 pet fee and a refundable $200 pet deposit is required per household. Additionally, $15 monthly pet rent is required for each pet. For more information, please call our leasing office or contact us online.
