I moved into the complex in December after needing to move in a hurry. They were timely and worked with me since I needed to move my move date to a later time. Any issue I have whether it's a broken light fixture, Georgia bugs since im from jersey lol, or any questions have always been addressed fast and courteously. Edited: 1/2022 Property manager is great but manages 2 properties. With the rent increase it may feel like you’re paying alot for issues with neighbors, parking, smells, very late parties. So you might want to check out other places too.

I pay over $900/month for an apartment that should only be around $650-$700/month. If you’re looking to rent here, PLEASE consider other options first. There are so many issues! Anyone that gives this places 3 stars or higher either has low living standards or genuinely enjoys it here which i don’t see possible. So glad i am moving next month. This place also smells like weed 24/7.

I'm in the process of looking for a new place to call home. I stopped by vintage creek a few days ago to get some information about the property and I must say the young lady named Dayna was not only very professional and informative, she was also very pleasant and sweet.
