I think they are open Mon - Wed 9 - 5; and accept applications on Thurs; but I am not sure what time. I know they are closed Fri - Sun.

For a 3 bedroom it depends on if you wanna pay the same for the rent which is 730 or you can go with they insurance and pay 51 for deposits if that makes since

I don't think so. But I think active duty military, teachers and police officers get a discount. Call the office for current information.

I am not sure at this time. The large sign on the front of the property on North Leg Rd states there are no vacancy apartments. They take applications on Thursday's and there is a $10 application fee per adult(18+) to reside in the apartment.

Once they called me to come into the office to get the rest of the paperwork finished and get my bank account verification back from my bank, it took a month to sign my lease.

They prefer that you come into the office

I believe they are taking applications for 1, 2, & 3 bedroom units. Best bet is to call.
