I have lived at Bradford Pointe since the middle of 2020. I lived in a one bedroom apartment and transferred to a loft. I love it here. It's a nice property and I always get immediate response when I contact the leasing office. It is very quiet here, and yes, there are pets, but they are always controlled and quiet for the most part.

My wife and I have been living here for just over a year now and I must honestly say that the management staff here is very friendly. They do everything they can to meet the needs of the tenants. They communicate well and do all the "small things" right; which in my opinion is the differance between good and great service. They were very prompt with a situation that created some anxiety for my wife and I. This simple act of communicating effectively and timely has eased our concerns. Simply put....they care and it makes a world of a difference.
