If your credit is good you can do better then there properties. ......people I warn you don't be a quick 200 dollars to a company who has no intentions of really renting.

I am a current tenant and it has now been 10 days with no air conditioner and limited communication from this company..and then to be told I needed permission to go to a hotel and was told it will be replaced Monday and literally I got a I will call bk just until it gets closer to Mon...it's now 10th day and 9 pm waiting on ac unit..I guess it will get here by Mon when it actually gets replaced..if you thinking of renting think again..as long as you pay your rent every thing else will be ignored..

I was inquiring about this rental property company but was advised not to by a friend because of an experience with her air conditioning system. What I was told was horrific. She was treated as though her and her family was not important enough to move on the issue expeditiously. Be aware if you pay your application fee & your application fails for ANY REASON YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE REAPPLY UNTIL 30 DAYS PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER APPLICATION FEE. The governor needs to look into this. These businesses are making it almost impossible to rent & that's another reason why the homelessness is on the rise. BE AWARE!
