Staff that works directly with my cat have been fine. My issue continues to be with the staff answering the phones/behind the desk. On several occasions, I was given inaccurate information re: prices and even how to administer meds. When I raise my concerns, their response was to keep repeating the same information but slower. As if my comprehension was the issue. Very disappointing.

This place is extremely rude. I came to get my puppy her shots. While I waited patiently they call me up and demand I put a mask on and tell me that it is mandatory. I politely said I did not have one and that it was not mandatory if they can just take my dog and give her the shots I can wait outside. They refused, I spoke to the management and she practically threw my dog at me and said "We will not service you". They do not care about animals and only want your money!

Absolutely heartless. They did not show much care for my dog at all. They took an xray and told me that it's as if he's "breathing through a straw" . When the correct term for it is "collapsing trachea" (which a sweet & helpful vet from Noah's Ark Pet clinic told me the CORRECT term) ..... On top of this the vet charged me for this xray without telling me he ALSO had an enlarged liver. Smh! They didn't even give me the correct medications for my dog which didn't help his collapsing trachea at all. When I asked him if my dog would be alright he replied with... "he's old already".... Absolutely horrified by this place. If you want a cold heartless visit with absolutely NO REGARD for your pet, then bring them here. I paid so much money and they did not even give him the proper medication. My dog had a mass in his mouth which was causing him to bleed and the Indian vet told me it was coming from the nose (misleading information). I found out from Noah's Ark pet clinic that he has to be on 2 different medications for life. I don't understand why this Vet couldn't tell me the same thing. We left there with no helpful information at all after spending so much money! Additionally, they did not allow my mother to go in with me for my dog, but they allowed another couple to go in just because their dog was a pitbull. Which wasn't fair to us at all because it's my mother's dog as well! They were afraid to be alone with just 1 person and the pitbull. Not to mention the two girls in the front desk which cared more about speaking to each other about nonsense. Honestly, A dog is family and this place doesn't see it that way. It's cold in there and heartless. Trust me.

We are sorry that we did not meet up to your expectations. Your appointment was at 10:20am, we unfortunately had an emergency come in shortly before your appointment, you came in 20 minutes after your appointment. Our receptionist tried to reschedule with you, but you decided not to schedule one. Unfortunately emergencies are unpredictable and we would treat any pet in dire need prior to scheduled emergencies. We hope that our clients would respect this as we would do the same for any pet that needs emergency assistance.

Queens Animal Hospital is not cheap. Have you checked with the ASPCA in Manhattan for prices? They have a vet on site. They may be able to recommend affordable places near you.

I captured a baby mouse and I would like to take it to the vet to get it checked, will they do a check up and do what is needed for it to be healthy?
