Your appointment was at 10:20am, we unfortunately had an emergency come in shortly before your appointment, you came in 20 minutes after your appointment. Our receptionist tried to reschedule with you, but you decided not to schedule one. Unfortunately emergencies are unpredictable and we would treat any pet in dire need prior to scheduled emergencies. We hope that our clients would respect this as we would do the same for any pet that needs emergency assistance.
Oh that's what happened -- yeah i am a manager for a dental office. Same thing in our office if you're late you won't be seen
