Did a decent job helping my dog with the primary issue we brought him their for. The issue was, how hard they tried to upsell me on different tests, ointments and medications that were irrelevant. I had to take like 4 things off the receipt that I didn’t need. Just make sure you check your receipt and question everything you don’t know.

I absolutely love Veterinary Care Group! Their customer service is exceptional, each and every doctor, receptionist or assistant is very friendly, knowledgeable and amazing. They give you as much time and update on any procedure that your pet needs. All questions are answered immediately. They even follow up on your pet's wellbeing after vaccines! Even human doctors don't usually do it!!! Definitely thumbs up!!!!!

They have 1 vet sent from the “other” locations to cover a dog haven area like Forest Hills…nutty. Unable to see puppy for ear infection.

The first thing we can do is have one of our doctors examine your pet and review all medical records. If they feel all diagnostic and treatment options that we can provide have been exhausted, they may recommend seeing a specialist. Hope this helps.
