Last year Arias assured me my cat scooting on the carpet is normal. This time at a new vet they say he absolutely has worms and scooting is NOT normal. Arias did not even suggest a fecal test or dewormer. He is very dismissive, condescending and thinks he knows it all. But, time and time again, he proves that he is incompetent. He is not thorough in testing nor is he knowledgeable.

IAC handled my cat euthanasia well they gave me time to grief and the receptionist was very empathetic I will definitely do business here again

Don’t go there, very bad attention of the receptionist, not compassion at all for the owner or the pet, they didn’t resolve anything, it was expensive and useless.
