Would not recommend for new patients, they have extremely limited hours and availability and are also not at all flexible. Had an appointment but never ended up seeing the vet and will find a new dr.

They really didn't take care of my cat despite keeping her for 3 hours. The person that took notes seemed completely disinterested in the problems. I took her on an emergency visit and paid the up-charge for it so that's no excuse. I told them my cat is having trouble in her ears and the doctor didn't even address it. I later realized she had ear mites and I had to get her ear cleaned myself. But of course I was convinced to get her a blood test and some fluid injection for extra cost. I only opted for the blood test. My cat was also due on her shots and they didn't acknowledge it. I regret wasting my money here. I also don't know how they treated my cat for the 3 hours they kept her. It's expensive and this place is not worth it.

The man wasn’t gentle with my dog. Lubed up the thermometer and shoved it in. He also strong arm grabbed a sweet pitbull - traumatic. The surgery wait time is 2.5 months. Don’t go here if you need your pet to be seen in a short turnaround time.

I have a very anxious dog, and everyone treated him so warmly and gently. Dr. Matthews answered my many many questions with patience and compassion! Prescriptions and test results were processed quickly. Everyone who works there was very friendly and clearly loves animals. I would highly recommend trusting them with your pets!

How much is it fort visit
My experience has been that they're good at working with people with limited budgets and laying out what's important right now, what can be done by a tech instead of a doctor, what can wait a bit, and what can slide. I think they offer discounted rates for people with really limited budgets, but I can't swear to that. Healthcare isn't cheap, even for animals, and you want someone who's going to take good care of your buddy -- I recommend these folks (particularly Dr. Woolfe).
yes
They do both appointments and walk ins. Appointments help you get seen faster though.
