I have a 4 pound yorkie that has bladder stone, will need surgery at some point.... is this the right place for it? and are they reasonable wit fees?

I have found them to be fairly reasonable. I agree with the previous comment. No way to know except to call. They may even be able to refer you to a more appropriate provider.
