I felt as if I had a personally curated experience when a simple order issue turned into the best customer service experience of a lifetime! Seriously. Overall, this location is fantastic! Friendly service, great selections, and the staff always tries to help you find a better discount or let you know of a product that may better suit your needs. Not to mention, the product is top tier for the area.

This is by far the best Trulieve I have been to since having my medical card. The staff here are really friendly and work with you to make sure you’re good. Even though it can get REALLY busy. The wait is never too wild when I go in and check out is usually a breeze. I usually get flower and haven’t really been too disappointed. Even it isn’t the greatest, it at least hits nice. Never anything premie. I have to try the top shelf before updating to a 5 star review but so far this has been my go to spot.

I totally agree with you. The system is not build around a marketing team that has study the amount of traffic and created a system around that. They have a lot of turn over. A lot of demand. And most people get so annoyed from waiting. The worst is that they don't do anything to change this. I have seen walk in's get better and faster service than any online order that I have done. I have seen people be put at the end of the "waiting list" due to the front desk person failing to place the file. I have seen guest take way to long to get something and not everyone is knowledgeable so is understandable. There is not a full proof system. And it will take a while to get it right. But with the smoking recommend already in place they should definitely target an easier way to get people in and out faster. Specially the "written down" milligrams in any prescription. And adding them manually!? Come on, it's 2019. 🥂
I waited a total of 2 and a half hours between 2 phone calls to actually speak to a person, and when mentioned in store, they were like "yeah our call center is always busy", so they know there's a problem, just not worried about fixing it!!!

Flowers (buds) are available under the product name, TruFlower. You get about 3.5 grams for about $60 I believe. They are sold in "tamper resistance cups" 😉 designed to mesh with their own branded knock off of a Volcano for which they charge about $700. In my experience their products will sometimes mate with third party vaporizing devices. I have seen a fair amount of TruFlower sold but never the vaporizer lol. If your condition requires a maximumizing of the euphoric effect I highly recommend their concentrates. They range from about 50-93% pure THC. They are available in two shapes of prefilled catridges for vape pens, the lesser potent appearing to use rebranded KandyPen slim parts. They also offer it in a syringe, as well as a warming device to help get it out (the viscosity is ridiculous). This could LEGALLY be used to "dab" as it is just vaporization, which is legal. You could also use the syringe to refill most vape pods (or even use in food or sublingually).

Not from Trulieve, unfortunately. I beleive you can go to the State Website , you may be able to begin the process . It sounds extremely tedious and difficult to obtain . However, it's not . Just be weary if and when you do . Alot of the MM doctors will close your prescription just to make you pay to have them reopen it.
Once you get the email from the state saying you are approved you can start purchasing with your driver's license before you get the actual card. So not until you receive that email, which took about 2 weeks for me to receive after getting the referral and signing up online with the state.
They do not advice you on medical issue but rather on the different type of products they carry as well as the differences between them. Only your doctor will tell you what you need to know

The product has a weight of its own. I don't use flower however I'm sure due it being state run that there is a set amount of product in the cup. I'd read the info on flower on theire website.

Definitely agree with Steve. - Bill signed - Into legislation - Then FDA has to regulate, tax ,etc - Then sold On that note cannabis has been sold in"vaping form" ceramic containers through Truelieve and Cura Leaf medically. This is really helping reform the amount being sold and the price point market. Right now the 1/8 Oz is being sold at 35-55 average depending on the strain. I believe cannagars would be on the recreation side. Which is not a hot topic for Florida. But is not impossible either.
As long as your card is current and not expired you can. If the card is past the experiation date you cant get anything until its renewed. My renewal took about 30 days, so apply early.
Look for medical marijuana doctors, they'll set you up on the registry. After they set you up, you'll have to wait a week or more to get approved. To find a doctor, I went to surterra.com and they have an area to find them.
