Friendly staff and absolutely incredible chocolates. Get the chocolates... All the chocolates... 🤤🤤🤤 PRO TIP: in winter they'll have a marshmallow flavored chocolate... Stock up while it's in season. You're welcome 😜

I was on my way to drop off my car at the shop and realized I had left my medication at home so I stopped at Vidacann to simply pick up a pre-roll I pulled up at 9:15 first off the receptionist was kind of snobby he had to first finish playing on the computer before he actually was able to attend to me and then had me waiting for for 10 minutes until I realize I was the first customer there was nobody in the store and they were just horsing around in the back not taking into consideration that patient also have a schedule and things to do their flower is not all that anyway and their service just really put them into the lowest category next to müve dispensary

I have not gone into the store yet, but I just got off the phone with JD (a live person. Not a machine) and he was extremely friendly and helpful. If their quality of product (as I expect it is) is as good as their employees, I found my new home. Great job!

Wow! I'm really surprised that they didnt honor the promotion from the previous day... a question I have is where are you seeing any promotion from them? I go to any other dispensary and the daily deal is on the website. However when I asked vidacann about this they told me it was a txt list they had and I've told them to put me on the list and I've yet to ever get a text from them about any deals. I'm a sucker for a deal and if I knew they were having one I'd be there. Vidacann is a nice place I have more nice things to say about them them bad but that is very strange they didnt honor the deal. Did you ask to get the manager involved? This isn't right. I know if all the right boxes were checked they would and should fix it. I personally never order online anyway because you still have to wait for them to prepare it when you get there. And that's with all the dispensary. Idk about trulieve as I haven't visited there yet in my 3 years of being a MM patient. Just kinda outta my way.
