People that have an order waiting might stand at the counter adding or just exploreing asking questions they linger while the walk ins wait at the back of the line. What they need is a drive thru for order pick ups
They can't take a chance on people walking around everywhere touching everything I'm sure. And maybe they want that one on one sells experience. Haven't you ever seen the TV shows where the legally sell weed in them !
It's all about online demand. If you really don't need (or just a bit) of help with products it's supposed to be a "time saver".
If you have a online order you don't wait in the long lines. You'll be called back much quicker. Also keep in mind others may have online orders as well. Now they have 2 dedicated people in the back to expedite pick up orders. Also you are supposed to wait 2 hours or more after placing it for them to have it ready.
They are here to serve us as customers as best as possible . With the huge amount of cards being processed and distrubuted... the Orlando location takes on a big part of the new clients. Although, there are 2 separate counters just for online orders . . . It still and will always take time. We as customers and medical patients should request ideas such as windows for pick up orders . Maybe 10-15 minute intervals . . .
