Agreed. Calling is not the way to contact Trulieve. Use their website to browse and order and I promise they'll call you.
I would not count on a prompt call back. They do get to return calls however tardy that may be..
Agreed with the dont bother calling. Theyre the only dispensery in town I cant just call up
EDIT - They now appear to be answering their phone line almost immediately during business hours. I'm guessing it was a staffing issue. They're also very much in need of staff for growing, and chefs who can come up with edibles that aren't kid-enticing (in accordance with the law). - EDIT I've experienced both the forever hold followed by a machine that never seems to deliver the message, AND quick helpful service over the phone. Luck of the draw. If you are comfortably ambulatory I HIGHLY suggest visiting a dispensary in person. If not, I too have heard only good things about the web service. Remember also that they charge $15 for delivery. As they overcome the hurtles being put before them by the State we will see their service improve more and more.
That's not been my experience when I call their call center. They call me right back when I leave a message.
