I waited a total of 2 and a half hours between 2 phone calls to actually speak to a person, and when mentioned in store, they were like "yeah our call center is always busy", so they know there's a problem, just not worried about fixing it!!!
You have to call a call center. It's easier for me to just go check. But, I am close to the store. Trulieve in South Orlando is usually very busy first thing in the morning
