I picked up an online order. The customer service woman was professional and polite. The jeans didn't fit and sadly, they didn't have any in the store in that style that fit so I had to return them. The gentleman who assisted me was also professional and polite.

Excellent visit today. I used my online coupon and saved over 20 bucks! Many things on sale as JCPenny is gearing up for black Friday. Huge selection of bath towels and house wares. Also found the store very clean and most inside wearing masks if that is important to you. I went from one side of the store to the other while browsing and found some things I plan to get next visit. If you do a little homework with their online site or mobile app before heading to the store you'll be very happy when you get there. Between coupons and identifying your items you'll save time and money. I plan to return soon.
