I opened a bank account about 1 year ago at the Mesquite location. It was very easy to open, but the process takes from 20 45minutes to open on top of the waiting line that could be for 5 to 45 minutes. The staff is competent, very nice and kind. They have good interest rates on CD, IRA and Money Market accounts. The penalties for taking out your money on investments are low quantity. One time I paid a penny for my penalty, but also depends how much you have in there. I love the lobby, you can make yourself a coffee, hot chocolate or a tea while waiting inside to speak with a banker. The lines to see a bank teller are very low waiting time depending on the line and how fast ots going. J I have never waied more than 10 minutess at one time. The grounds are well kept, very clean and nice. They have a free notary for bank members and they hold yearly meeting to vote for upcoming members of the board. They also have a bank account that has so many features such as roadsode assistance, discounts to stores or eating places, based off your location.

I am from Louisiana and was buying a car in Texas. I needed to get more money from my bank and you guys were part of the Co-Op credit union group with my personal bank. I was able to access my account and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was happy that everything was so easy to do.

Hidden fees everywhere! They charge for the junk mail they send you. Stay away form them federal credit union. Rates seem good at first but I guarantee you be paying more in the hidden fees they tack on randomly. Worst customer service I’ve seen. Update: resource one fcu called me and personally apologized for their fees that I had to pay, they made it right. They understood that some some of their fees might have been hidden or at least not clearly spelled out. In the end, I was upset at first, but they did make everything right.

Lines are ENTIRELY TOO LONG. Slow service I usually wait 45 minutes just to deposit money.
