Added unknown fees. They added so many unknown secret fees that I’m unable to close my account now. Stay away! Rate was good, but the amount of hidden charges are ridiculous. Update: resource one fcu called me and personally apologized for their fees that I had to pay, they made it right. They understood that some some of their fees might have been hidden or at least not clearly spelled out. In the end, I was upset at first, but they did make everything right.

Go anywhere else if possible! Lines are always ridiculously long; with 2 to 3 lanes open, you can't pay your car loan online-like everywhere else in the world. I have never once received a statement from this place until I closed my account, and now, out of nowhere, they are taking money out of my savings account and charging me statement fees! I call to close my account, and after verifying all my information, she tells me I have to write a letter to close my account. So many issues, I paid my car off two years early to get rid of this place.

Hello Gwyndalyn, First, if you have not already, sign up for Online Banking with your Resource One Member Number and password, then allow mobile access by selecting Account Access and Mobile Services. Next Log into your mobile app and select Mobile Deposit. The app will then prompt you to choose an account to deposit to and you will have to agree to the terms and conditions. Thanks!
