This was one of the worst experience of my life! The incompetence was unbelievable! Even after summoning the manager. We finally got the job done after 2 12 hours, What I wanted was extremely simple, but they just could not seem to understand. I just wanted them to pick up the body after death, put it in the casket I chose and put it in the crypt I have already paid for. Simple - right. Not for these folks. Hopefully, after I am gone my daughters will have a better experience. My hope was to get all the arrangements completed in order to save my daughters from having do deal with it after I am gone.
